Rail Damper
Our rail tuned mass damper is the world’s first capable of reducing groundborne noise of trains (5 – 8 dB of reduction) and very effective in corrugation mitigation (over 90% of reduction in corrugation growth rate).
Patented rigid-contact interface provides 100% vibration transmission between damper and rail, allowing the strongest damping force to counteract rail vibration.
Its compact size also makes it easy to install and allows rail inspections.
It is especially suitable for retrofitting the curved tracks.
Q Grinder for rail track
Q Grinder, patented in 2022, is specifically designed for steep slope rail grinding (slope ~ 25○), at which conventional rail grinders are inoperable.
It adopts magnetic attraction and diamond grinding head to control grinding pressure and improve grinding efficiency respectively.
Vertical Pole Diffuser
Vertical pole diffuser is an innovative traffic noise barrier system.
It provides at least 5 dB(A) of noise reduction, but only induces 80% less wind loading compared to the conventional noise barrier.
This makes it the most viable option for retrofitting existing viaducts, which may not be able to sustain high wind loading in structural designs.
